Eleanor Miller, LVMT

Hospital Manager

Eleanor is an animal lover through and through! She’s been in the veterinary industry for about 20 years and has worked in general practice, emergency, surgical specialty, and shelter medicine. Many of those years have been spent leading a team and managing a hospital, and she's thrilled to be able to serve and care for the East Nashville community through Livewell Animal Urgent Care.

Originally from Syracuse, NY, Eleanor has lived in many places around the world. She joined the US Army when she was 23 years old, married a fellow soldier, and had the opportunity to be stationed all over the world throughout her marriage. She has three daughters and four grandchildren, including a set of triplet granddaughters!

She’s the loving pet mama to a 70-pound shaggy shelter rescue, Lydia, who is rarely out of her sight, and 3 cats– an exotic shorthair named Aksana, a Persian named Sir Jaime Lannister, and a black and white domestic shorthair named Duckie.

Fun fact: She loves roller coasters. The higher, faster, and more extreme the better.
