What to expect during your urgent care visit
Evaluation
Upon arrival, your pet will be assessed and triaged with the utmost care by our expert medical team. We'll present you with a price estimate prior to starting any testing or treatment.
Treatment Plan
After evaluation, we'll discuss treatment options tailored to your pet's specific needs, with full price transparency. Once you're comfortable with a treatment plan, our skilled veterinarians will provide your pet the highest standard of medical care.
Discharge Instructions
At the end of your visit, we'll provide you with a summary of treatment and at-home care instructions for your pet. We'll also email you a copy and forward your pet's records to your primary veterinarian for any needed follow-up care.
In some cases, after full triage and treatment, we may need to refer you to an emergency hospital for additional care. We want to ensure that your pet receives all necessary treatment to fully resolve their urgent health care needs and get them back on their...paws.
